Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to village residents. Licensing and permits include disabled parking permits. Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Town of Lisbon from January through October 31st.
After October 31st all paperwork goes to the St. Lawrence County Treasurer’s Office.
