Eligibility: Freshman and sophomore students enrolled in Oswego County schools
Application Process: Applications can be obtained at the Youth Bureau office and in all Oswego County high school guidance departments Applications due in the Spring to be considered for the following school year's program Parent and school principal approval required Two scholarships per district provided by SUNY Oswego
