Provides down payment, closing costs, and repair assistance to income eligible individuals to purchase existing single-family homes in Lewis County.

Eligibility: Lewis County residents who meet income guidelines; call for information

Required Documentation: Eight weeks of most recent payroll stubs, W2 forms, and signed federal tax return from previous year; bank books or latest bank statements for checking and savings accounts for the last two months; most recent statements of any revolving credit card dates; proof of any other income including public assistance of any kind and proof of all asset income; picture ID for all adults in the household, copies of birth certificates and social security cards for all children in the household; signed TRW report request is attached with application
