Prevent T2

(Program)

Offers a year-long, preventive education program for individuals with pre-diabetes or those at high risk for Type II Diabetes to help prevent or delay the development of Type II Diabetes (T2). Classes meet weekly for the first six months, and then monthly during the last six months.
 

Eligibility: Individuals with pre-diabetes or at high risk for Type II Diabetes
