Provides grant monies to assist first time homebuyers with their housing purchase of single-family homes within the City of Fulton. Provides up to $20,000 for closing costs and down payment.

Eligibility: Low to low-moderate income individuals and families who meet income requirements; Preference is given to Fulton City residents, first-time buyers, and families with children
