Comprehensive Housing Counseling
(Program)
Provides housing counseling services, including homebuyer education, home maintenance education, mortgage default/restructuring counseling, tenancy/fair housing counseling, HECM counseling, and financial literacy budget/debt counseling.
Eligibility: Low-to-moderate income residents of Oswego County
Application Process: Application form available online
Required Documentation: Proof of income, last four pay-stubs, Last two years income tax returns and W2(s), proof of assets identified on Asset Questionnaire, and copy of last 3 bank statements
