Taking Control: Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Services

Offers Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Services (CDPAS) that allows individuals with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions to hire, monitor, train, and terminate personal care attendants of their choosing.
Eligibility: Individuals with doctors orders for home care that are eligible for Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, a private health plan that funds home health care services, or are able to utilize private pay
