Provides fiscial intermediary services for individuals who want to self-direct their OPWDD services.

Eligibility: Individuals who are Intellectually developmentally disabled, eligible for Medicaid, and reside within Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga, and St. Lawrence counties
