Provides free legal representation to clients who are denied or cut off from SSD or SSI benefits.

Eligibility: Individuals who have been denied or cut off from SSD or SSI benefits and need legal representation; priority is given to clients on welfare and clients dealing with hearing dates

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and Otsego counties
