Foreclosure Delay and Prevention
(Program)
Provides a program designed to help homeowners remain in their homes by preventing and/or delaying foreclosure. Cases covered include mortgage foreclosure, tax foreclosures, and tenants being evicted due to foreclosure.
Eligibility: Low and moderate income individuals who are facing foreclosure or eviction due to foreclosure
Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services
