Provides support and assistance for individuals at risk of losing custody of their child, have lost custody of their child, or are in need of parental support.
Eligibility: Parents ages 18 years or older with a mental health diagnosis who are at risk of losing custody of their child, have lost custody of their child, or are in need of parental support
Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services
Required Documentation: Proof of mental health diagnosis
