Offers a team of highly-trained "Navigators" to steer New Yorkers to the best and most affordable health insurance coverage available from the state insurance exchange under auspices of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Eligibility: Residents of Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties
