Medical Transportation
(Program)
Serves consumers whose transportation needs cannot be met by Medicaid transportation and to ensure they have access to medical appointments and HIV related services. Individuals are provided cab rides, bus tokens, or gas cards to meet with their medical providers.
Eligibility: Individuals who are living with HIV and have unmet transportation needs to access care
Application Process: Can do walk-ins, but prefer to operate by appointment; call for information
