Childhood Lead Primary Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP+)

(Program)

Offers lead screenings by appointment for children ages 6 months to 6 years old. Children found to have elevated lead levels receive case management including completion of risk assessment, education regarding source of lead exposure and risk measures, and appropriateĀ referrals.

Offers free home assessment to identity lead paint dangers to City of Watertown residents with young children or a pregnant woman.

Eligibility: Families in Jefferson County with children
