Assists and educates Saint Lawrence County residents with applications for health insurance on the New York State of Health Marketplace.
Eligibility: St. Lawrence County residents
Application Process: Navigators meet in person or virtually, call to set up an appointment
Required Documentation: Proof of address, date of birth, social security number; information regarding citizenship and immigration status; proof of employment, household income and income tax; Medicaid benefits; and unemployment information
