Child Find

(Program)

Assists families of children from birth to 3 years who have special needs, through early identification and referral to services in the community.

Eligibility: Families of children from birth to 3 years, in which the infant/child meets any of the following: - born after a pregnancy of less than 33 weeks - weighs less than 3 pounds, 4 ounces - spent 10 days or more in neonatal or special care unit - born to mothers less than 16 years old - has been diagnosed with certain medical problems at, or shortly after birth, such as heart and respiratory problems - diagnosed with special needs and/or potential developmental problems
