Nutrition Health Education

(Program)

Provides nutritional education sessions for individuals living with HIV as well as group education, and meal planning assistance. Offers food assistance through pantry bags and food vouchers. 

Eligibility: Individuals who HIV positive with unmet nutritional needs and require nutritional counseling services

Application Process: Appointments preferred but walk-ins accepted; call for more information
