Individualized Support Services (ISS)
(Program)
Provides financial support for adults with developmental disabilities to afford safe and decent housing. Funds can be used to purchase new or used items to set up a household or to pay toward the rent.
Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years or older, considered eligible through OPWDD, and diagnosed with a qualifying disability which occurred prior to age 22.
