Eligibility: Oswego County residents with a total household income of $60,000 or less who:
- Have income from wages, self-employment, and/or government benefits
- Investment income is less than $3,500
- Do not own rental property
- Did not declare bankruptcy in 2022
- Did not receive Military Pay
- If self-employed, did not have employees or inventory, did not deduct home as an expense, and did not have a business loss

Application Process: Walk-in

Required Documentation: - Picture ID for client (and spouse if filing jointly) - Social Security cards and birth dates for everyone being claimed - Wage and earning statements (Form W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, 1099-Misc) from all employers - Interest and dividends statements from banks (Forms 1099) - Health insurance statements (Forms 1095 A, B, or C) - Federal and state returns from 2021, if available - Total paid to daycare provider and daycare provider's Tax ID # (provider's social security number or their business employer ID number) - Education credit (1098-T) and student loan interest deduction (1098-E), if applicable
