Family Preservation (FP)
(Program)
Provides help with the prevention of placing a child out of the family home or ensuring the successful return of a child to the family home from an out-of-home placement. Program staff help families alleviate the immediate crisis and improve family functioning so that the risk of placement or re-placement is reduced.
Eligibility: Families at risk of having a child removed from the home or have a child returning from an out-of-home placement
