Youth Resource Program

(Program)

Assists youth in developing healthy and productive relationships with the adults in their lives, with a special emphasis on engaging the whole family in treatment. Youth resource workers conduct an assessment, develop a goal plan, link youth to services, and meet with youth and their families twice per year or as needed.

Eligibility: Youth ages 13 to 19 years who are at high-risk of poor life outcomes due to criminal behavior, school truancy/dropout, substance abuse, pregnancy or parenthood

Application Process: Referrals accepted from parents, teens, service providers, and schools
