Blood Services

(Program)

Collects units of blood to be tested, typed, stored, and distributed to hospitals. Hospitals pay a fee to cover cost of collection, processing, and distribution. Blood is collected through mobile blood drives.

Eligibility: Individuals in good health ages 17 years or older and weighing at least 110 pounds are eligible to donate

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Required Documentation: Proof of age
