Early Intervention Program

(Program)

Supports and promotes the development of children ages birth to 3 years with significant developmental delays. Services include service coordination, speech/language pathology, special instruction, and physical and occupational therapies. 

Eligibility: Children ages birth to 3 years who meet eligibility criteria for developmental delay, or have a diagnosed physical or mental condition that has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay

Application Process: Call for information and services
