Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES Child and Adolescent Day Treatment Program

(Program)

Provides an integrated mental health and special education program for youth who are identified as seriously emotionally disturbed and in need of enhanced special education services.

Eligibility: Children ages 5 to 18 years residing in the Auburn, Cato-Meridian, Jordan-Elbridge, Moravia, Port Byron, Skaneateles, Southern Cayuga, Union Springs, and Weedsport Central School Districts

Application Process: Referral from teachers, parents, and providers to the Committee on Special Education in home school district

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation
