Senior Transportation Services
(Program)
Provides transportation for seniors and to and from Westcott Community Center for senior meals and socialization activities as well as to medical appointments, shopping, banking, and other personal needs.
Eligibility: Individuals age 60 years and older residing on Syracuse's Eastside
Application Process: Call 315-478-8634 x5 ahead of time to reserve transportation; not all requests can be honored depending on the day and volume of appointments scheduled
Required Documentation: Call for required documentation
Fees: None; participants are invited to make a free-will contribution
