Crisis Respite

(Program)

Offers short-term crisis support in a home-like setting for individuals experiencing an emotional or psychiatric crisis.

Eligibility: Individuals experiencing an emotional or psychiatric crisis that can be safety diverted from the emergency room or admission to an inpatient level of care or are currently inpatient in a psychiatric facility and are not yet ready for full transition into the community; must have stable housing to return to post-discharge

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: No documentation initially required
