SUNY Upstate PrEP Program

(Program)

Provides ongoing assessment, medical care, case management, and peer services for individuals who are taking pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), a medication for those at high risk of exposure to HIV. Provides education and outreach for community members and agencies. 

Eligibility: Individuals at high risk of contracting HIV

Application Process: Call or walk-in to apply

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Fees: Call to verify insurance information

Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, Oswego, and Saint Lawrence counties
