Synergy Program

(Program)

Provides a ten-week paid internship program to youth. Coordinates placement opportunity within their field of interest to receive mentorship and training resulting in experience and expose to the talent pools entering the workforce.

Eligibility: Must have graduated from a Syracuse area high school and have two full semesters of college completed; must be enrolled in a two- or four-year college/university; must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher

Application Process: Call or go online to apply

Required Documentation: Application, a resume, a copy of a driver's license, passport, or school ID card, a head-shot photograph, an "active" photograph, a copy of transcript(s), and three reference letters: one from a high school instructor, one from a college instructor, and one from a former employer
