Lewis County Home Delivered Meal Program
(Program)
Provides home delivered meals for nutritionally-at-risk homebound elderly individuals or those unable to prepare meals. Offers private nutrition counseling to older people with questions about diabetes, weight loss or gain, and healthy eating.
Eligibility: Individuals ages 60 years and older within Lewis County who are confined to their homes and have difficulty preparing their own meals
