M-Power U

(Program)

Offers a learning community for individuals experiencing mild symptoms of memory problems, diagnosed with mild cognitive impairments, or early state dementia.

M-Power U features two sections:
Brain Power Community: focuses on memory and cognitive training, coping strategies, lifestyle choices, and physical exercise.

Arts and Minds Community: emphasizes well-being and expression through the arts, such as creative writing, painting, drama, movement and music.



Eligibility: Individuals experiencing mild symptoms of memory problems, mild cognitive impairments, or early-stage dementia; no diagnosis required

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: No documentation initially required

Fees: $55/session; $315 for 6 sessions; $650 for 13 sessions; some scholarships available
