(Program)

Provides developmental assessments of children from birth to 3 years. Educates parents regarding child developmental stages.

Eligibility: Families of children from birth to 3 years, in which the infant/child meets any of the following: - born after a pregnancy of less than 33 weeks - birth weight at or below 3 pounds, 5 ounces - spent 10 days or more in a neonatal special care unit - born to mothers less than 16 years old - diagnosed with a health problem that might affect development - parent or doctor suspects a potential for slow development
