Eligibility: Children in Kindergarten through 12 grade, qualify if enrolled in the National School Lunch Program which can be verified through participation in many government programs: * Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) * Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) * Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) * Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) * Medicaid * Head Start * Foster youth, migrant homeless, or runaway youth

Application Process: Go online to apply or visit a T-Mobile Retail Store for sign-up assistance
