New York State Homeowner Assistance Fund (NYS HAF)

Provides up $50,000 to homeowners who are at risk of default, foreclosure, or displacement as a result of financial hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility: New York State residents who own a home and occupy the home as their primary residence, are behind on their housing payments as a result of COVID-19, and meet income eligibility guidelines
